How pin a program to power section in Windows 10 Start Menu?

I wrote a program in C++, which hibernates the computer and I'd like to open it form Start Menu.

Here's what I do when I want something like this, I choose two options. One, I can set the program as a path variable for the environment and call it from the command line, or I actually take the exe and paste it to my desktop.
