How to find jobs

Question

This is a broad question. Finished google certificate for data analytics/data entry but it seems hard to find a (company) that hires full time is that to be expected in this field? Because the jobs are all temporary or are there companies that hire full time? So far it seems upwork is the spot to try which I haven’t because I haven’t had a job that gives me the experience for data entry or data analytics. Anybody know legit places to apply or have an input on the process or how this field works?
