Well, I tried my best to solve that Military Time problem, but I failed with test 4. I don't really understand where my mistake is, so maybe someone could tell me :) I just at the beginning of my learning c++, and my code may be far from being perfect, so don't judge me too strictly

I see, thanks so much. The input example was "1:15 PM", so I just thought the input format is NOT XX:XX, you know. I was a little bit confused 😃
