Call a razor page in the same folder form an anchor tag

Hey guys, am really trying to call a razor page from an anchor tag in ASP.NET but its not working as the browser says returns 404 page not found. I have two pages in the same Home folder namely Index.cshtml and Register.cshtml. Am trying to link a click link on the Index.cshtml to the Register.cshtml with using relative referencing but it's not working , please help

How do I load the Register page when this link is clicked, Thanks.
