Please how do I get monthly subscribers to upgrade to premium subscribers? I'm a bit confused

A motorcycle hiring company wants to use data analytics to understand customers need and persuade them to upgrade to premium subscribers.

There is a dataset with different types of bikes with unique IDs, time of hire, destination, duration of trip, coordinates etc.
Most of their users only do a one time subscription but the company wants to increase subscription for the premium plan.

I have a problem and I want to share it with everyone here.

I've been taking Data Analysis courses, like SQL, Excel, R, And recently I'm beginning to learn python and power bi

I try to use these skills to help solve real world problems by volunteering to analyze data for businesses but I just discovered that when presented with real life problem, I get totally lost and overwhelmed.

I find myself unable to use any knowledge I know. It seems I just go blank.

Please I want to ask, has anyone ever experienced something like that? If so how did u overcome it?

Please can someone help me? To guide me different techniques to use in different cases?

Ill really appreciate any help I can get.

Your overwhelming yourself with the whole problem. Read scrum. It will help with as stated prior, breaking down projects (problems) to manageable sets.
