Is there a way to find a working solution to an answer during the coding challenges? At least some of the user submitted ones?

So I am doing really badly in terms of win/loss ratio for my challenges. what annoys me is that after the tick or the cross I can never see the question again until I find it randomly during another challenge. I was wondering if there's a repository of questions somewhere *without* answers that I can use to copy the code on my own device.
