I can't verify my account

Hello people a question, how can I check my account. The options are different now and I do not remember as it was.

Your account had been verified. The messenger service will not be activated until you've been active for about 3 weeks (+/- 21 days). It's a new policy implemented due to some incidents from misuse of messenger service.
