Why was my account "unauthorized"?

Question

For a while I was automatically signed out of the website then it took several minutes until it let me sign in again because the pop-up "unauthorized" kept appearing. Does anyone know why?

It usually signs me out when I have many Sololearn.com browser windows open at once. Closing all the windows and opening only one lets me sign in again.
