How do I populate values in my table I created for time? Quarter , Month, Year

I created a table with fields OrderDate, OrderQiantity, Quarter, Month, and Year. I am not sure how to insert values in this table.

INSERT INTO (your table name) values (OrderDate, OrderQuantity, Month, Year)

Note: your table name don't need to be in parentheses, I did that cause I don't know the name.
