Can i become a programmer from there?

My dream was programing but i have no any laptop that's why I'm worried with my dream i think i can never become programmer without a laptop

I suggest you invest the maximum time you can, so when you get yourself a laptop, you'll be ready. There are a lot of great resources that don't require you to have a computer, this app is a fantastic one. You can basically learn and practice a lot of programming languages, create projects and share them. Huge community, it can't get any better.

Shafi mahmud Yes, you can, a year ago, I didn't have a PC and when I bought it I didn't used it much and when I used I couldn't do code so well like on mobile, if you want to do code on mobile with ease, node.js free and everything I recommend you this apps:
Spck Pro for node.js terminal and IDE (1 hour of terminal free each day) + github connection free, mimo for more code learning, Sololearn of course, Netlify for github deployement with custom domain free from Freenom (example.tk, .ga, .ml and etc...) and termux for full terminal for free.
