Decrease time for ongoing challenges?

Is it possible that the time for ongoing challenges could be decreased to a maximum of six hours. My experience is that more than 99% don't answer a challenge invite after six hours!

No, I don't think one can manipulate the time.

Just let them expire and the clear the list...
