HTML Lesson 16.1 bugged - cannot continue?!?

Question

It asks you to practice the 'target="_blank"' HTML attribute. I run it, works great, I save it, the lesson WILL NOT let me click 'continue' - just keeps saying I have to practice the skill before I can continue. I've done it dozens of times, logged out and back in, cleared my cache, tried another PC - same thing every time. The lesson is bugged and I'm stuck! Any ideas?

I cannot get the 'Continue' button to activate no matter how many times I run and save the practice code.
