Why cant we change the answer to our question in quiz factory.

You can do it only after the quiz is reviewed.

Sadly, yes. Months back, I submitted a JavaScript quiz with a wrong answer. As I couldn't edit it, I submitted that again with the correct answer. The first one was declined and the second one was approved. You can do this if you want.
