How do I fix a PHP code that does not display error code in the browser

Am working on a login system using oop and pdo. I recently encountered an error while trying to retrieve information saved in the database to the browser, but it not showing me any info ... And am not getting any error message. Am just confused on how to go about it.

Use debugger try to check all the line one by one
