Does somebody know how to work with discord.py?

Hi guys, I need to make a discord bot, that will have a command !poll with 3 arguments (question and 2 answers) smth like this: https://snipboard.io/GSNadP.jpg
But I also need something else. The BOT should react on that msg with 2 emojis (LIKE and DISLIKE). And that's what i don't know how to do. I will aprecciate your ideas.
