Personally, I've been cooding fot my Android tablet since one year ago, by using C4Droid compiler and C++ language. This compiler support both C and C++ languages. For the most part, after I finished coding and debugging on my device, I'd prefer to make an apk installer in order to actually use and sometimes share my works to others. In addition to that, you'd copy your source code to a PC machine and compile it in your favorite compiler, roughly without any changes.

i use android studio. it lets you export the app easily. but some people find android studio laggy or takes long time to compile
