I cannot access my previous account after I changed my phone. It is registered with the same email. Anytime I try to access it, a new account is created. When I search for it in the Discover your peers, it is active. How do I access my previous account

When you log in, there is an smaller text in the bottom that you can click to log in with an existing account. Did you make sure you selected it?
Do you have similar issues when logging in to sololearn on your computer?

Lisa Sign up option creates new account. Typo : Sign-in option.
Still, if it registered mail already, then it won't create new one. Says error: id already exists...
