You will need the python-oracledb driver. It is in public domain, you can install with pip.

You can also check SQLAlchemy which is an ORM (object relational mapper) that lets you interact with the database through annotations (decorators) and OOP concepts, rather than with pure SQL. And it has support for Oracle db.
