How to upload a sololearn profile picture without loss of quality?

I can upload profile photo, but when I do it the quality of the photo decreases.

Find the average file size and resolution of the images on SoloLearn.
Compress your images manually with an image compression app to maintain clarity and reduce file size.If your image size is equal or less than the average file size it is possible that your image will not be compressed by SoloLearn.

Most likely, profile pictures are only stored up to a certain resolution on sololearn so I don't think you can do something about it.
