Well In mathematics you would have learned that

1->Negative and postsive equals to negative
2->Positive and positive equals to positive
3-Negative and negative equals to positive
4->Positive and negative equals to negative
-(+)= -
+(+)=+
-(-)=+
+(-)=-

So same as here ..
2-(+2) become to 2-2=0
So answer is =0
