Tic tac toe game in c++

From where can I get the information about logic of tic tac toe game written in C++, the app said this question was not found so I am asking this question again

if you are planning to run it in Sololearn, you might be terribly dissapointed, since you can't have real interactivity here.
It is possible to write a very basic console tic-tac-toe in c++ without external libs. But you have to have access to a pc or laptop and a working c++ compiler or ide setup.
