Can I find online programming job, if i just beginner, and if yes, where??

Lots of game creators look for a programming team. For example, I've seen some games on Unity ask people who create tutorials to help create their game, earning a cut of the money. Though, if you're a beginner you'll likely have to be independent or be with other beginners. I would assume not a lot of programmers have the time or want to have to train beginners. Could be wrong though, a degree could help land a job for a company :P.
