Trouble joining messaging conversations.

Question

In this app, l try to click on the "message" button for one of my followers. But whenever l do that, it tells me to activate my account. But l already activated it. It also tells me that it sent something to my email. But when l check, there's no email about that. Not even in spam. I can't even join conversations because it keeps telling me that.

SoloLearn is not very clear at all about some things. One of them is indeed what it takes for the messaging rights to activate. Essentially you need to activate your account and then have the account for 21 days...

I think the exact times of this "quarantine" should be explicitly stated in the FAQ. Now it just says: "Our direct messenger is only enabled for users that have been actively learning and interacting positively with the community for a little while."

So in another week or so I'll be able to message people, right? I guess that's not too long . . . .

Yes. The time measurement seems to be a bit wonky, so it may have up to 1 extra day of delay... Or at least that's what my experience was.
