I cant solve this problem

Question

I've been trying the question"Paint Cost" in python for 40 minutes but i still cant do it . I noticed that the answers in test cases number 1,3 and 5 was the multiples of 5. but in 4 and 5 the answer was 56....or any other multiple of 5+1
I still dont get it why is it not correct. I asked my brother but he still could not do it. If anyone does it for me , i will follow him or add one more followers
