Can’t see certificates

Since a couple of days I can’t see my claimed certificates on my profile page or the certificates of anyone else on their profile page. Is it normal?

Problem solved! It was because of a future update after all. They put back the certificates at the bottom of the profiles and the avatars for each course are now different. Hope it helps for anyone with the same issue in the future.

Axcel A the last one I see that you earned was Javascript Intermediate back in August I went to the overview page on your profile then to certificates...

Hi, thanks for the answer. I’m on mobile which may be different than on desktop . I know that you can see certificates in the certificates section. However, normally you would see them on the profile page without having to go to the « highlights->certificates » section. They would display at the bottom with their avatar. Also, concerning the « highlights->certificates » section each time I finish a course I need to add them manually in this section otherwise it won’t show the total numbers of certificates I have claimed up to now. Bottom line is it wasn’t like that before a couple days ago and I want to know if I’m the only one that is experiencing this issue or is it affecting others on mobile too?

I just went on the desktop version and you can see the certificates at the bottom of the page with their appropriate avatar without any issue like it was before on mobile app too.

Logout your account from the app and again try to login. hope it will fix the problem.

Already did it and also uninstalled/reinstalled the app, but it doesn’t seem to change the situation. I’ll wait from support to answer the mail I sent them and if the answer helps I’ll share it here to help others with the same issue.

Then be sure it's a bug problem. I hope it'll be fixed after the next update.
