You can take 1 sub-module at the morning. Before you sleep revisit that sub-module but only work the exercises without viewing the explanation to test how much you remember. But most importantly, write code from scratch helps you the most. Hands on experience really help in learning programming.

For me I only study one lesson per day, so I can keep my daily streaks and stay motivated. What I enjoy the most here are the challenges, they are great way to examine your understanding and whether you give a certain skill the perfect time it needs or not. I don't mind losing or winning challenges, I only want to answer as much questions as I can

The one thing Sololearn does very well is the social integration -- being able to read and run each other's code and comment on it. Their course materials are seriously lacking. So keep looking at other peoples code, trying to analyze it and learn from it, and helping them debug it if it's buggy. The best way is to hit the Create button, set the list to Most Recent, set the language to your favorite (or leave it All), and just see what people are making public in recent hours. You'll find some amazing stuff.
