What problem do you guys think still persists in the world of data,even after so much advancement of soft tech in 21st century?

What are the problems still faced by companies , people, organisations programming and software sectors and particularly by everyone even today even after so much advancement of software technology?
What are the problems that are still to be solved in the software development regarding the management and structure of data.

Where do I even start? The collection of the data? Better data cleaning routines? The algorithms that go into analyzing data, including the ML algorithms? Pick a topic and dive in! It's a fractal problem where every answer leads to precisely 2.783 more questions.

For me, the two biggest problems I've seen have been in the realm of data presentation. Data being portrayed without context and data being interpreted with strong biases are rampant behaviors I've come across. Yes, many technical matters need to be addressed as well, but I've been affected mostly from the presentation/interpretation side and thus where my focus lies is there.
