Having to much knowledge of html5 and CSS3 how I make my pocket money as a student..

Hey guys I am a student and interested in frontend developer, but I have limited knowledge of JavaScript.
I able to make static websites clearly and attractive but I have no idea that where I sold this skill and boost my career in practice environment and engaging with others.

Initially how i work on freelancing sites like
Upwork and fiver,
There's allot of cloud and it's difficult to get a project there only having knowledge of HTML5 and css3.

Html and css are like a body without behaviour, so t having a body without movement is a murder. Try to learn a little JS beside. You can find better jobs in the future and earn money easily
