Progress halted by bug?

Question

In the Web Development course lesson “Menus & Navigation” on the 3rd question, there is a multiple choice fill in the blank question that will not scroll down far enough to see and/or select the answers. The page will not scroll at all. I’ve tried using iOS ‘Switch Control’ as well as ‘Assistive Touch’ to perform a scroll down & scroll to bottom action on page, both also to no avail. For someone who has been waiting for my hearts to come back to the minute to continue, this impasse is quite maddening.
