Having a problem getting through a Code Coach

It seems that one test case is holding things up. Test case #3. I know, "just pay and find out", is likely to be a common answer.

I'm automatically rejecting those responses, in favour of those that might lead me to better understanding potential deviations there might be to the input that the CC brief stipulated, but haven't considered yet.
