Projects not Working

Question

I have an iPad Pro and downloaded app and using the pro trial however I keep getting the following message when trying to do projects during the lessons. Is anyone able to confirm if it is fully compatible with IPad Pro?

Message: common.no- connection-message

Thank you! Where is the feedback menu? Is that on the app? I may have missed it.
