Sololearn crashing on a regular basis.
Hello, sololearn becomes more and more unreachable via desktop or app. It is costing me streaks. I even saw the server error message yesterday for a short amount of time. "Just pay for the streak servers with your points" That seems kinda unfair. I have to ask: Is the sololearn team not paying electricity bills or are they to stingy to upgrade their Raspberry Pi 3 server?

From my observation, the service was offline in a short period of time after the new course "Data Analytics with AI" was added in the list.
I guess many people rushed into the course and overloaded the server, causing it out of service. I think the same thing happened when "Generative AI in Practice" was added.
Also, streak is not that important, learning well is.
A side note, I'm using Raspberry Pi 4B as a NAS server, and a 3B+ for media / retro gaming service. Both are working very well with the limited resource.
Don't underestimate these small SBC.

@ Ausgrindtube
I had 4 unique issues.
That's why I wrote 4 times the support.
But I know I will get 4 responses in the next couple of weeks.

@ Sounds reasonable. If you hadn't mention this course I would've not known it existet.
Thanks.
The streak is not important. Indeed. But it's a dangling carrot that keeps me personally motivated.
I also used a Raspberry Pi 4B+ with 8GB RAM for 2 years here and there.
I tried it as an Android device and did some learning on there.
Quite nice. But even with an active and passive cooler it was quite painfull to use
on 2 2k screens.
If I'd compare that to an equally equipped i5 or so from 2015 it might've been equally "powerful".
But when you come from a PC with 32 GB of RAM and a little more recent CPU you'll feel the difference.
Ofc this is sadly because only now ARM is getting the attention that it needed but still...
As a simple homeuser I don't find much appliance and I looked what cool things people did with it.
Like Red Hat attacks with hackers having 5 spare Raspberry Pi's to plant everywhere.
Also guest appearances in Mr. Robot and this insane dude Jeff Geerling also makes constantly
Raspberry Pi videos. Sometimes I watch some. I wish I could find a personal usecase.
But back to the topic:
The cynic in my head resorts to the worst possible case in my mind why there were server issues.
Like sololearn being run by a half-time intern that only checks every 2 months
in a steamy wet over-flooded cellar, where an old and half broken Pi-cluster is running.
I know that is not the case though.

I'd email info@sololearn.com and find out what you can.
