I am scammed
I was deducted money for the free trial using the app. I mistakenly also applied free trial using the web but for the same email. I today I was billed for the subscription of the website version. I have been emailing these guys for like 2 weeks now. What should I do? I would like to just continue with the app version and not the website version. I already paid for the app version

I think double billing is not supposed to happen, must be a glitch or bug.
I forwarded your request to the developers, I hope it will be resolved for you soon.

That’s not a scam, that’s a glitch at worst. They did not mean to trick you into paying twice. As for having emailed them, what email address were you sending them to?

Because this is a free app used by a bunch of kids. These people are being payed peanuts to help ten-year-olds learn how to learn, and then hopefully learn how to code. They might not get to your legitimate request for quite a long time. I recommend you just cancel the subscription you don’t want and count the money as a loss.

If i try to cancel the web version it redirects me to the appstore which makes me cancel the app version. If i cancel from the appstore will I stay mainatin the pro version?
