I did it for computer but when I went to do it for mobile, I can't redesign it. When I went to do a new one for mobile, I can't do it anymore. I want to design in column for mobile but I can't.... please anyone help me...

I don't think so I am the only who will recommend you using bootstrap:

it will save you time, and will save you from headache too....

last, but not least, it's customizable, you can add your own css after the bootstrap, so the changes will take effect....
but the default is elegant
