Guys, can you recommend any programs for creating websites?

sublimetext;
on windows: notepad++, notepad3, ....
and so on

I use WebStorm by JetBrains. Also very popular is vscode.

i use vs code it is the best code editor because u can customize it and it has a lot of extensions that help a lot

VSCodium ! without telemetry. it's almost vscode, but much better....
new upcoming starm from the creators of Atom (which is killed by micro$oft): Zed (open source, written in rust)
from jetbrains which is free: fleet (not open source, written in java/kotlin)
