Hello Uchawsing Marma !
In addition to Mihaly Nyilas , you can also check some more websites that can help.
1. Frontend Mentor -> frontendmentor.io , you can challenge yourself into building something and put your css skills into action
2. Dribble -> dribble.com , by reviewing them they will give you inspiration into start building websites and have a general ideas about practical structure of the website.
4. Check out Github, it has many repositories that can inspire you.
Don't stop there, you can mimic any website or webapp you have ever seen, including facebook, Shopify etc.
Goodluck!
