Correcting Certifcate Name

Question

I had my short nick name on my account and forgot to change it. I want my full name on my certificate. Can it be changed?

Info from sololearn:
"Namechange on Android sometimes reflect really late, may require cookies/cache clean up. In these cases we can be sure that the updated certificate instatntly appears on the website, so you can always redirect the users to www.sololearn.com > Profile page"

Nicole Fowler your certificate currently has your name ( I'm guessing, real name ) on it ... However, if you change your username it will display that name in the future unless you repeat the process.

I did that but it's still coming back as NiKi not Nicole... is there a refresh timer?
