Light the easiest way is to upload your image from your phone at imgbb.com and they create a nice img url for you to copy and paste to use where you need it. There are ofcourse other hosting services but imgbb.com is very user friendly.

Hey, Light! The images on your device is only in that device, no one else can see it. It's because your phone is not a web server 😁 If you want to use image from your phone to your webpage, you'll need to host it. There are some popular cloud services for hosting images. For example, Imgbb, or Dropbox. These might help you for that: https://sololearn.com/compiler-playground/Wy3lrXNwGsgJ/?ref=app https://sololearn.com/compiler-playground/WT3661NHpV3B/?ref=app https://sololearn.com/compiler-playground/WW6t4B73kJVz/?ref=app

your phone image is not publicly available. You are not uploading anything when you add a link to your image. It's just a link. Other people's browsers and Sololearn app cannot connect and access the data in your phone or pc. That's why you have to find a service that you can upload your image to and provides a publicly available url in return. But you are effectively giving them your pic as an exchange.

The image urls are taken from websites. Images in your phone are only in your phone's storage and they are not accessible online. You need to upload it to a website, then copy the link of it and paste it for the url. You can use lot of websites for this purpose, for example, this is a good one too: https://imgur.com
