For example you finish coding and you sent the link for some one to see or use. How do you make your work show in your browser engine without it directing you back to the app

You may be email to email them the html file as an attachment, but there are a number of potential complications if you have external files that go with it. For that you put your html, css, images, etc, in a folder and compress and send them that folder.

If you want your site to just exist somewhere - that's web hosting. SoloLearn is hosting your project. Other sites could host your project. Or you can get a web hosting account somewhere and put your code there.

If you purchase a domain name and a web hosting account, then you can have your own site and put your projects there.
