Well you didn't specify the problem.
You can:
- Update if necessary

if that didnt work or is not necessary
- close the application and clear ram

if that didnt work
- clear cache

if that didnt work and you know your log in credentials
- clear data

if that didnt work
- uninstall and reinstall the app

if that didn't work report your problem to sololearn because it may be something the user has no control over

Once you create an account you will receive a email to activate your account. By doing so all features will be available on solo learn other then premium features. :)
