Division results in quotient and remainder, right? Floor Division returns quotient.

It is the quotient of Division, removing the decimal part.
Ex: quotient of 2.5 returns 2
quotient of 2.8 returns 2

@chunduri: watch it! it's not only about removing the decimal part when dealing with negative numbers: -5//2 yields -3 (which is the quotient, actually).
