Is it good to learn pascal programming language???

I think "No". It's just a legacy now. Pascal is a bit outdated. The last area where it can be needed is maintaining or rewriting legacy projects (made in Delphi usually). The last one is ok, but it's a small field and you are risking to be jobless after choosing pascal as you main weapon.

Learn a language to extend your weapon.
