What does mastering one language means?

some say, it is recommended to know more than one language but how much should we learn to work?

Okay for example I learned python first. I only worked with python. When you start trying to learn more than one language at a time you can start to mix syntax up and basic keywords. So choose one language, whatever one you want. Learn how to do everything. edit lists,directories,dictionary,arrays. Learn how to manipulate the different data structures. Learn how to work with databases learn frameworks. Learn all you can about your first language. Read code write code.

html first then css then js and php. You should still work one at a time.
