Problem with files in java

Question

hi guys I need to do a java program with files. I need to create a file, read it and finally should say which words repeats and how many times
I tried but really I'm new here
I only know about Buffereds and Fileinputstream and FileOutputStream
oh, and read and write
can you please help me how to do it?

Look into the Scanner class. its easier to work with
