Is angular javascript, node javascript, and javascript the same thing if not how are they different.?

They are same. But it is extention of JavaScript. To make work easier in their respective fields. Like angular for ui development and nodejs for server side implement of JavaScript.

Angular js, jquery, react JS etc. are JavaScript frameworks. they are sets of js functions to make some actions much easier for you to code.
