A new FAVORITE tab on Sololearn

There should be an option to mark USER and CODE as favorite which can be retrieved by opening the Favorite tab.

This should solve the accidental 'code-stealing' habit. A lot of times, we want to have easy access to those codes we like, but we may not want to save them as our own, even in private. Great suggestion @Wisdom.
