Is sololearn codded with java ?

the question arises in my mind as thinking about how to build a app . Java or C++ which is better ?

I once participated in developing of Android application which front-end part was written on HTML+JavaScript (Ionic framework) and i developed back-end part with PHP and mySQL. Interface of that application was quite similar to Sololearn so your joke actually can be the truth. We used no Java at all in that project.
