CSS then Bootstrap?

Question

I successfully learned CSS, I read through W3Schools.com for CSS & HTML Reference and I see that Bootstrap is useful and Bootstrap includes HTML and CSS based design templates for typography, forms, buttons, tables, navigation, modals, image carousels and many other, as well as optional JavaScript plugins.

Bootstrap is a wonderful framework for faster UI creation. But I will suggest you practice more manually and dive deeper into css3 and html5, when you are more conversant then you use bootstrap to speed up your work.

HTML5, CSS3 and then try Javascript... you can flag BOOTSTRAP for later. or maybe 4-5th in your line

Start to make a lot of Web pages layout using html/css you have learned eg. main menus with logo, forms, main contents, sidebar, footer, pop-up, banners, login/sign-up page, table, responsive page using @media etc...

If you can make all these components comfortably, then you can consider study Bootstrap. (If you really master in Css, you don't need Bootstrap. You would have flexibility to build any layout design you like, Bootstrap just a css lib with fixed layout design after all)
