What is require to create computer graphical software

Question

A graphical software that can use to create combinational circuits and IC's with basic logic gates. I want to create software that can drag and drop contant in workspace. ( it just my thought ) I have experience of only c & c++ only but all the suggestions welcome. thank you.

💻For a pc game there is a tool they use in Unreal Engine called blueprints that does this in cpp. I'm not sure if that helps or if your question just flew by me lol!🐦

since u r talking abt electronics i guess its Arduino or Raspberry Pi? correct me if i am wrong..
