What is simplest yet powerful code you have ever encountered?

I stumbled upon "del *.*" in middle school, that fascinated me so much, I started creating a batchfile and giving off to friends saying you will get porn if you open it, or saying something enticing to run it (we were still using XP back then) . Have you had any such encounter, which you felt like this code is simple but powerful !!!

in Python you can use import to use a bunch of code and not write much. doing something complex like making a bot that renders and uploads videos to YouTube becomes a much simpler task when you have modules to help you out.

Is, "...giving off to friends saying you will get porn if you open..." intentional or typo?... My powerful code I encountered is someone making a simple but awesome console game in C++, That I translated it to Ruby
